Lupak R. Competitiveness of the Trade Enterprise and the Mechanism of its Provision.

The economic category of the trade enterprise's competitiveness and transformation of its provision are analyzed; the methodical bases, the systematic and aiming model of the reflection of the trade enterprise's competitiveness in the conditions of effective usage of competitive advantages are defined in this thesis. The usage of the complex method of the integral assessment of competitiveness of the trade enterprise is grounded and the portfolio map of the competitive advantages are offered as the means of systematic competitiveness management. The methodical mechanism of the predicting model is given; the system of competitive strategy management is improved and the forms and methods of economic provision of the trade enterprise's competitiveness are grounded.
