Results of the theoretical and experimental researches of corrosion state of steel constructions and their coatings are presented. On the basis of approaches of the limiting state method the indices of technological safety of building and construction structures in the process of use are justified according to an observed condition. The procedure of the risk level registration estimation and the design-experimental estimation of maintainability of steel structures in corrosion environments was developed. The accelerated and environmental corrosion tests were carried out, the design models of in-use indices monitoring were proposed, the steel structure availability factor were specified for the examined types of the protective coating systems. The estimation of maintainability and postrepair carrying capacity were made on the basis of steel structure corrosion resistance and durability calculation according to the limiting states. Economic efficiency of management of technological safety indices for realization of programs of reliability assurance and prolongation of steel structure life, decrease of industrial facility risk level is shown.
