The dissertation work is devoted to illumination of theo-retical and methodical positions of decision of essence of invest-ments and estimation of efficiency of investment projects. To re-search of features of the state adjusting of investment activity of agricultural enterprises In work a necessity is grounded of bringing in investment resources by the agricultural enterprises. Indexes are analysed of bringing in of investments in the agricultural production. Definite effectiveness of investment activity of agricultural enterprises. A conceptual model is offered of forming and use of investment sources by the agricultural enterprises. The suggestions are devel-oped on the improvement of machineries of realization of state pol-icy of development of investment activity of agricultural enterprises. The suggestions are developed in relation to forming and use of investment resources of agricultural enterprises through the state pension funds.
