The thesis focuses on the issues of improving methods of awareness-raising managerial decisions, intellectual, and psychological resistance of operational staff in the industrial and technological structures in cases of emergencies. It also deals with the use of information technologies, synthesis of approaches to action, and tactics and plans for a cognitive psychology to construct of intellectual models for human activity in emergencies and technological accidents.
