Essay

The thesis is devoted to the legal problems of using the civil liability for the violation of the land laws. In the thesis the conclusions about the legal character and reasons for using the civil liability for the violation of the land laws are grounded, the definition of the land-legal and civil liabilities is substantiated, the independence of the existence of the land-legal liability as a specific kind of the legal liability, different from the civil liability is defined. As a result of the carried investigation the author draws the conclusions about the concept, legal character and the amount of the damage caused by the violation of the land laws.
