Essay

New opened and closed discrete and continuous mathematic models of positive dynamic system of balanced type, describing the behavior of a complex system with limits supporting nonnegative solution in infinite intervals of time, are being represented. Conditions of positivity and asymptotic stability of system were found; control actions has been defined; program controls under the conditions of complete and incomplete information about the object's state were found. (див. продовження) The methods of the research are the methods of mathematical modeling of the complex systems, the methods of the difference and differential equations theory, the methods of the programmed control theory and the methods of the automatic control theory. The sphere of the use is in practice of the designing, planning and forecasting of the positive systems of the different nature.
