The dissertation is dedicated to the compulsory study of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of the attestation process of pedagogy and science-pedagogy workers in Ukraine. The work also aims at developing proposals to solve the mentioned problematic issues in the Law "On attestation of pedagogy and science-pedagogy workers". The dissertation defines the concept of attestation as that of the legal institution, as of a legal relationship, and as formate to identify the compliance of the worker with the position held.
