Vashchyk M. Increasing of the efficiency of agricultural enter-prises' credit supply

. Object of research: credit relations that develop during the process of agricultural enterprises' credit supply. Aim of research: development and scientific substantiation of proposals about increasing of an efficiency of the domestic agricultural enterprises' credit supply. Methods: the method of comparison of the factual economic indicators with analogous ones of prior periods, system and structural, abstract and logical, comparative, balance, relative numbers method, graphical, expert judgements method, survey method. Theoretical and practical results: The theoretical and meth-odological basis of the research is made by dialectic method of comprehension, system approach to analysis of the financial and economic interrelations between parties of credit relations, elaborations of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, legislative and others juridical acts concerning agricultural enterprises' credit-ing, survey results. Practical importance of the results obtained lies in possibilities of their use for the credit relations improve-ment in agriculture by means of strategic programs of the agri-cultural enterprises' financial and credit supply development, by substantiations of methodological approaches to the producers' credit assimilation capacity evaluation. Scientific novelty: The principles of stage-by-stage working out of the credit investment project for agricultural enterprises are submitted for the first time; the idea of credit assimilation ca-pacity of agricultural producers as their ability to efficient credit resources use in consideration of the optimal amount and terms of crediting taking into account macro- and microeconomic factors that may influence their production and economic activ-ity is formulated for the first time. Scientific and methodical approaches to the improvement of agricultural producers' gov-ernmental support by means of budget financial resources partial redirecting from preferential crediting to the creation of agency specialized in credit guarantees are evolved. Interpretation of credit relations as social and economic because of achievement of the connections between creditors and borrowers today have lots of economic and social aspects both formal and informal nature is amplified. Appraisal plan of agricultural lands as a bank pledge use possible impact on agricultural enterprises' credit supply improvement taking into account agricultural mortgage specifics is expanded. Effectiveness: Fulfillment of the research results will provide an improvement of credit relations in agriculture and increasing of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises' credit supply.
