Object of research are managerial processes in financial potential of industrial enterprises. A research objective is working out of the concept of a controlling mechanism in financial potential of industrial enterprises and a complex of models of its realisation directed on formation and an effective utilisation of financial resources in management by their activity. Methods - a dialectic method, the system approach, the financial and economic analysis, logic generalization, economic-mathematical modelling, the structural analysis, the graphic analysis.
