Object of research is management of enterprise cash flows. A research objective is working out of conceptual model of monitoring of management by cash flows of the enterprise, toolkit and the organizational mechanism of its realisation, directed on increase of solvency and reproduction of the capital by results of management of enterprise cash flows. Methods - the logic and scientific analysis, scientific abstraction, the complex approach, the statistical analysis and generalisation, factor and the comparative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics, economic-mathematical modelling. Results: Conceptual model of monitoring of management of enterprise cash flows, information model of monitoring of management of enterprise cash flows, analytical toolkit of monitoring of management of cash flows, the approach to use of methods of forecasting and regulation in monitoring of management by cash flows, the organizational mechanism of monitoring of management of cash flows, a substantiation of essence of concept "cash flows" and their classifications, concepts "monitoring of management by enterprise cash flows". Novelty: for the first time the conceptual model of monitoring of management by cash flows of the enterprise which integrates its purpose, methodological maintenance and components which include information and organizational maintenance, toolkit, an estimation of management of cash flows by means of indicators of solvency and reproduction of the capital of the enterprise is developed; advanced information model of monitoring of management of cash flows of the enterprise which defines structure of information streams, sequence of formation, processing and information generalisation according to requirements of management, the analytical toolkit of monitoring of management of cash flows that covers set of indicators quantitative and quality standard and allows to carry out a complex estimation of management of cash flows for a choice of an expedient variant of indicators of movement of money resources,the approach to use of methods of forecasting and regulation in monitoring of management by cash flows, have received the further development the organizational mechanism of monitoring of management of cash flows, a substantiation of essence of concept "cash flows" and their classifications, concepts "monitoring of management by enterprise cash flows".
