Dashutin I. Legal regulation of judicial defence of labour rights of citizens

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis, revelation of essence and features of the legal regulation of judicial defence of labour rights of citizens. The right of personality on judicial defence is analyzed. The lacks of judicial defence of rights and freedoms of citizens in Ukraine are selected. The concepts "labour dispute", "legal process", "justice" are determined. The experience of foreign countries in a field of judicial defence of labour rights for the wage labourers and the order of decision of individual labour disputes are investigated. The author determines place of judicial defence in the system of international law defence. In the present study the practice of consideration of individual labour disputes by the courts and the order of decision of collective labour disputes (conflicts) in Ukraine are analyzed. Recommendations and proposals to improve on the normative and legal guaranteeing of judicial defence of labour rights of citizens in Ukraine are presented.
