the object - main reasons of caries development at the children of a different age; the aims increase of efficiency of initial preventive measures of permanent teeth caries through the development of computer-aided programs aimed at identifying the main reasons of the risk; the methods - clinical, laboratory, mathematical,statistical; the new is the received data concerning clinical peculiarities of a disease of hard teeth tissues and the number of the main reasons of caries development among children (6-, 12- and 15-year old ones); the outcomes - the program makes it possible to determine the percentage and to show in a diagram the effect of each risk reason for the caries development and the ways to prevent it.
