the object - yang patients, be ill with recurrent gerpes simplex of oral mucosa and lips; the aims - increasing the effectiveness of the treatment of recurrent herpetic infections of the oral mucosa and lips in the young patients by means of estimation clinical-immunological features severity of the young patients with recurrent herpetic infections; the methods - clinical; immynology; citology; biochimical; statistical; the new - there were established individual particularities of immunological disorders during recurrence and remission of disease, there were elaborated indexes IEPTTh1, IEPTTh2 which are given opportunity for differential choosing of methods of treatment in every individual cases, prognosticate duration of remission and schemes of clinical observation which based on monitoring clinical and immunological features; the outcomes - there were elaborated the algorithm of diagnostic, treatment and clinical observation which increasing the effectiveness of treatment, improving capacity for work and decrease the number of complications in patients with recurrent herpetic infections of the oral mucosa and lips.
