The dissertation contains complex analysis of ensuring of property, non-property and other rights and legal interests of a person being detained on suspicion of a crime. The dissertation is devoted to current problems of ensuring and realization of rights and legal interests of a person during its detention on suspicion of a crime. The knowledge concerning the concept and essence of rights and legal interests of a person being detained on suspicion of crime is extended as a result of analysis and author's classification of mentioned rights is worked out. Furthermore the system of criminal procedure guarantees and legal property and no-property interests of a person being detained on suspicion of crime is worked out. There are grounds for strengthening of protection of rights and legal interests of legal property and non-property interests of persons being detained by amending current legislation.
