The thesis is devoted to the problem of the utilization of the gypsum wastes and contains the results of investigation of the physical-chemistry fundamentals of the improvement of the utilization technology of the processing of phosphogypsum and gypsum forms to building material. It is substantiated the utilization technology of the processing of phosphogypsum and gypsum forms to building material - the gypsum astringents. Technology provides for the use of a complex additive for the effect on the dehydration.
