Essay

Object: managerial process by leasing at the industrial enterprise. Subject: theoretical and methodical maintenance of the mechanism of management with leasing at the industrial enterprises. Methods of the research: the analysis; synthesis; an induction; deduction; the historical; the logic; a method of the critical analysis; scientific abstraction; the comparative; a method of groupings; the statistical; the balance; a method of expert estimations; economic-mathematical modelling. Novelty: the mechanism of management by leasing at the industrial enterprise is developed; the approach is developed for definition of size of leasing payment methodical; definition of optimum term of the leasing contract from a position of the industrial enterprise is proved. It is improved: the methodical approach to an estimation of efficiency of leasing; methodical maintenance for the program of definition of efficiency of leasing and its influence on financial indicators of activity of the enterprise. Had the further development a category "leasing"; classification of kinds of leasing . Sphere of the use: The industrial enterprises.
