Gumeniuk O. Investment-innovational basis for national economy branches development

The aim is the structuring and grounding for the organization of the investment-innovational development under the conditions of economy's transformation.The object is the macroeconomic processes of market transformation of the Ukrainian economy on the basis of the investment-innovational model of development.Methods of research: system analysis; system-structural method; factorial and analytical analysis; mathematical analysis (for the improvement of the correlational model). Scientifically new are the theoretical and practical grounds for the organizational mechanism of the investment-innovational development of the economy under the conditions of structural transformation. Practical value is in the recommendations concerning the improvement of state industrial policy and of the corresponding legislation.
