Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of oxidizing-reduction processes at the high temperature burning of flux iron-ore pellets, got from the charge with addition of solid fuel. Theoretical and experimental research allowed to established an extreme nature of the relationship between the rate of the ferrite mix-ture consumption and the strength and produc-tivity of sinter. One of the new decisions is the reinfarcing of green pellets structure to increase the drying temperature up to 700?C. The chem-ical activation includes the production and uti-lization of the metallic pellets in the blast fur-nace. The last one were produced from the iron fearing by products of metallurgical production in the rotary kiln furnace.
