The thesis deals with the issues of improving of diagnosis and treatment of children with chronic gastroduodenitis with enterogastric reflux and effectiveness of the treatment complex including MRT. It has been stated that EGR at HGD more frequently develops in children with perinatal hypoxia in their anamnesis, plural stigmatas of fibrous dysplasia and vegetative dysfunction. Patients with EGR complained of nausea, belch, vomiting, head and cardial ache more frequently, then patients without EGR. They have arterial systolic hypotonia and cardial systolic noise more frequently, too. Plural stigmas of dysembriogenesis and connectiv tissue's dysplasia (CTD) were more frequently appeared in those patients. Patients with EGR had more marked deviations in their vegetative status. They were hypersympathotonia and hyperparasympathotonia and hyperparasympathotonia was larger. Rreochannelsgraphia was showed that most pronounced alterations were in condition of channels in patients with chronic gastroduodenititis and EGR. Treatment including MRT given the possibility to cut down duration of complaints on epigastric pain, pyrosys, hyperhydrosys, breacness of sleep set norms vegetative status. Clinical symptoms were cut down nearly twice at rapidly. Using MRT influence on BAP give possibility to abolish medicines on 12-14 days of treatment. Because there are nothing secondary effects in any children we can recommend this method to using in children with chronical gastroduodenitis and enterogastric reflux.
