Stolyarova O. Tardy radiation complications in patients suffering from body and neck cancer (diagnostics, prophylaxis).

Dissertation is dedicated to modernization of the prophylactive methods of late radiation after-effects of cancer-infected internal female genital organs subject to immunologic reactivity and their factors of forecast progress. Firstly, as a result of morphological research structural changes have been detected, taking place in distant terms inside the adjacent to the uterus organs after previous radiation therapy.Criteria of development forecast for the late after-effects have been elaborated which may appear in rectum, urinary bladder and vagina, and preventive means diagram , aimed at the frequency decrease and after-effects heaviness degree has been detected.Firstly, treatment-preventive event complex for the high-risk development of late radiation after-effects patients has been offered, which includes vitamin medicine , specific inhibitor ZOG-2, vasodilator and by the author suppositor usage. Complex application allowed to decrease onset of late post radiation after-effects risk of uterus neck at cancer-infected patients. Researching results adoption has been realized on the bases of several oncological clinics and Donetsk National Medical University. Results recieved can be used in practice of everyday work for oncologists, oncogynecologists and radiologists as well as for lecture material for the oncological department students, oncological doctors postgraduate programmes.
