Essay

The work is based on the interdisciplinary research. It presents a new solution for the effectiveness of teatment of patients with purulent encephalomeningitis of different etiology (primary, secondary, including postoperative over with neurooncology neurooncology patients) by means of optimum use of employment of the most informative international scales (Karnofsky scale, modified scale APPACHE II, SIRS criteria of R. Bonae, leucocytousis index of intoxications, SOFA scale). Also the most effective medical preparations of empiric antibacterial therapy have been presented - meropenem, cephalosporinae III-IV (ceftriaxon, cefipim), phtorchinolonae III (levofloxacin).
