Mima I. Religious norms and their place in the system of the socially-legal adjusting of public relations

In dissertation the problem of decision of concept and basic properties of religious norms is examined as theory-legal category within the framework of the system of right. A conclusion is done about nature, signs and maintenance of religious norms, resulted the decision of concept of religious norms, analyzed religious norms is carried out as variety of social, foundation of origin, change or stopping of public relations; exposed normative properties and specific of religious norms, classification of religious norms, their functions religious relations; resulted complex description of existent sources (forms) of right, certainly place and role of religious norms among them and in the system of the socially-normative adjusting of public relations. Functions and social value of religious norms are described in adjusting of public relations, through the analysis of models of state-church relations outlined basic directions and prospects of development of conception of state-church relations, with the purpose of prevention of conflicts situations on religious basis; influence of religious norms is exposed on the system of sources of right and explained the necessity of the use of ideas and principles of religious norms in development of new modern conception of understanding of right.
