Serdyuk I. Law-enforcement relations: definition, their features and types

The thesis is devoted to the research of law-enforcement relations. In the thesis on the basis of the analysis of positions of modern theories of legal relations and law-enforcement relations the author's approach to understanding of concept "law-enforcement relations" is offered, its essential attributes are allocated, the parity with concepts "protective legal relations" and "rights-protective relations" is cleared up. Law-enforcement relations are classified. The bases of development of law-enforcement relations are studied, the contents of concepts "legal presumption" is elaborated, "legal prejudition" and "legal fiction" and influence of these phenomena on dynamics of law-enforcement relations is determined. The structure of law-enforcement relations is determined, features of their subjective structure, object and legal contents are cleared up.
