The thesis contains a novel solution as regards the issues of osteoarthrosis (OA) early diagnosis against the background of hypermobility syndrome (HS) in adolescents, aged 15-18. The main manifestation of OA clinical symptoms depending on its duration and patient's gender have been studied. Some personality characteristics have been investigated with determining the type of attitude to the disease, and the character accentuations, neurotism, and the emotional stress level as correlated with the disease have been estimated. The results of studying the microcirculation system state with estimation of lesions in vascular, intravascular and perivascular links of microcirculation have been presented in the thesis. Parameters of tissue perfusion obtained by the laser doppler flowmetry have been analyzed. A connection of disorders in microcirculation with immunologic findings for inflammation (IL-1, IL-6 and TNF) and with the state of clinical immunity has been outlined. The thesis presents the peculiaritiesin vegetative regulation in adolescents with OA and in patient with HS without OA signs. Criteria of OA diagnosis in adolescents against the background of HS, as well as differential and diagnostic criteria of the disease have been described.
