Aliyeva S. Complex treatment of lokoregional relapses and metastases of breast cancer

Object: lokoregional relapses and the metastases of cancer of mammary gland in the regional lymph nodes.Purpose: to develop the program of the palliative complex treatment of patients with the lokoregional relapses and the metastases of cancer of mammary gland in the zone of regional lymph drainage with the start of palliative selective intra-arterial poly-chemotherapy. Methods: immunohistochemical, ultrasonic, roentgenological, radioisotope, clinical laboratory and statistical analysis. Novelty: the program of the complex palliative chimio-hormone- beam treatment of patients with the lokoregional relapses and the metastases of cancer of mammary gland in the zone of regional lymph drainage is proposed. Results: the skeleton of complex treatment of the metastatic treatment of cancer of mammary gland with the start of intra-arterial polychemotherapy is proposed; the results of the clinical application of intra-arterial polychemotherapy prove its high efficiency in the palliative treatment, they make it possible to solve number of important practical problems, ensure an improvement in the medical and social rehabilitation of patients. Results are inculcated in the practice of Donetsk regional antitumor center, urban inter-district oncologic dispensary of Mariupol, urban oncologic dispensary of Gorlovka, Dnepropetrovsk oncologic dispensary.
