Rakxman L. Сlinical characteristic and therapy of sexual disturbances in paranoid schizophrenia

Dissertation is devoted to the actual task of therapy of sexual disturbances at patients with paranoid schizophrenia. It was led that at combined sexual disturbances there is the pyruvatedegydrogenase insufficiency and glicolise - gluconeogenesis dissregulation takes place. The complex of therapeutic measures with application beside to base neuroleptics therapy, antidepressants (from group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and psychotherapeutic methods (rational, behavioral, соgnitive psychotherapy, communicative and sexual-erotic trainings) was developed for correction of sexual disturbances at patients with paranoid schizophrenia. It is led that at the use of the developed complex of therapeutic measures in treatment of patients with sexual disturbances there was diminishment of expressed of sexual disturbances at paranoid schizophrenia and also improvement and stabilization of affective sphere was detect.
