Essay

This thesis is about the increase of therapy effect in adolescents with functional dyspepsia in result from study the complex of clinical, vegetative and neuroendocrinological peculiarities. Adolescents with functional dyspepsia have demonstrated a higher level of neurotism, personal and reactional alarm, some personality accentuation and vegetative disturbance. They were sympaticotonia mainly in adolescents with postprandial distress syndrome. Subnormal level of peripheral hormones with unstable secretion of testosterone and impairment of correlative dependence between main links of endocrinological system are determined. The results of this study stipulates correct therapy influence of psychological, vegetative and neuroendocrinological homeostasis.
