Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement of methods of diagnostics and prophylacsis of osteopenie syndrome of children of prepubertal and pubertal age who live in the fluoride endemic regions. On the basis of the results of investigation it was determined that physical development of children of pubertal age in conditions of chronic fluoride intoxication is characterized by the increase of the number of girls with low physical development according to indexes of body weight with the violation of menstrual function, and boys with low physical development according to indexes of structure that stipulates their disharmonic development. According to the results densitometry examination 25,4% of school children have osteopenic syndrome of the І-ІІ degree with guontative-gualitive changes of osteal tissue and violations of physiological terms of formation of peak of osteol mass. In teenagers of the mentioned region the contents of fluoride in the blood exceeds permissible concentration in 1,5 times with the increase of level of excretion of fluorides with urine in 2,3 times that reflect the level of its accumulation in the body is the diagnostic criteria of fluorine intoxication. There was proved the effectiveness of conduction of complex programme with the courses of osteoprotective preporations in children of prepubertal and pubertal age who live in the fluoride endemic regions with the purpose of prophylacsis of osteopenie syndrome.
