Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to studying the problem of investigating disadaptive changes and their correction among children and adolescents with chronic pathologies of the gastroduodenal zone. Clinical peculiarities, different manifestations of the endogenic intoxication syndrome among patients with chronic disorders of the gastro duodenal zone depending upon nosology have been identified. It has been identified that vegetative status among children with chronic gastroduodenitis and duodenal ulcers is characterized by intensified functioning of the parasympathetic section of the vegetative nervous system, and among patients with gastrooesophagal reflux disorder - by intensified functioning of the sympathetic section of the vegetative nervous system. It has been demonstrated that diseases of upper sections of the digestive system among children and adolescents are accompanied by hypocortisolaemia and moderately increased level of the adrenocorticotropic hormone in the blood serum as well as chronicstress in the decompensated or subcompensated stage, in its turn accompanied by high level of individual's anxiety and aggression, school adaptability disorders. Complex treatment of children with chronic pathologies of the gastroduodenal zone has been developed, which includes metabolic action medication Cardonat and Phytosed tincture. This allows improving treatment, preventing relapse and increasing the effectiveness of disadaptive changes correction.
