Sharmar O. Role organes enforcement agencies (Ukr. RSR) in exercising the state policy in village

The dissertation makes up the complex historical and law analysis of legal grounds of the activities National Committee of Internal Affairs (NCIF), Ukrain-ian Emergency Commission (UEC), State Policy Department (SPD) of the reali-zation of state and village policy in the 1919th-1939th century on the base of by-laws studies, archive documents and materials. The legal grounds of setting, de-velopment and reorganization of the law enforcement agencies, transformation of their tasks and functions were investigated and are related with implementation of carrying agricultural political direction of soviet power in Ukraine. The author reveals peculiarities of the department's functioning in definite historical period, its norm creative activities, management of its own subdivisions and public for-mation of maintenance law and order in the village area. The context of agencies' acts of law enforcement service directed on repressions in the village was ana-lyzed.
