Kostyuk O. Strategic planning and organization of enterprises logistic activity of wood treatment and ware production of wood

Research object: system of strategic management logistic activity of enterprises of a wood complex. Purpose: development of theoretical positions and ground of practical recommendations in relation to realization of functions of the strategic planning and organization of logistic activity of enterprises of sphere of treatment of wood and production of wares from wood. Methods: historical, analysis, synthesis and comparison, design of administrative processes, concentration ABC - analysis, analysis of the systems, expert estimations, economical-mathematical design. Developed theoretical principles of strategic management by the improvement of model of logistic maturity of chain of deliveries. Terms and expected consequences of strategic integration of enterprises are identified in the chains of deliveries, outlined principles of organization of the system of chains of deliveries in a wood complex. Developed position in relation to realization of logistic audit of chain of supplying with wood, conceptionof BCS is adapted to forming of normative part of strategic plan of functioning of computer-integrated chain of supplying with wares from wood and principles are expounded logistic controlling chain of supplying with these wares. Results are inculcated in activity of enterprises of a wood complex, in an educational process the National university "Lvov Politechnika".
