Potryvayev A. Forming and rational usage of financial resources of agrarian enterprises

The object of research: the process of formation and usage of financial resources of agrarian enter- prises. The aim of the research: the development of scientific and methodical foundation and suggestions for the improvement of directions of formation and rational usage of financial resources of agrarian enterprises. The methods of research: abstractive and logical, monographic, question- naire, groupings, correlation and regressive analysis, mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: systematic measures in formation and rational usage of financial resources of agrarian enterprises have been suggested in the theoretical aspect; suggestions how to improve financial and credit mechanism of agrarian enterprises have been proposed in the practical aspect. The novelty of innovation: organizational and economic mechanism of formation and rational usage of financial resources of agrarian enterprises has been developed. The degree of inculcation: the results have been used to work out a Programof social and economic development of Mykolayiv region till the year of 2010. These results are being implemented into practical activity of agrarian enterprises of the region. The sphere of usage: the economy of agriculture and agrarian- industrial complex.
