Dissertation is devoted a theoretical ground and methodical providing of forming of strategy of commercialization of state enterprises of Ukraine and improvement of organization-economic mechanism of commercialization. Generalized world experience of introduction of strategies of commercialization. The analysis of expedience of leadthrough of commercialization of state enterprises of Ukraine and certainly efficiency of strategy of commercialization of enterprises of state industrial complex is conducted with the purpose of exposure of prospects of their development by application of estima-tion of level of commercialization and integral coefficient of economic effect. The methodical providing of forming of control system by a brief-case government businesses is improved by the account of estimation of efficiency of commercial operations.
