Тhe dissertation's devoted to complex research of activity of Kyiv historical-economic school of M. V. Dovnar-Zapolsky. It's been studied the school's scientific heritage. Тhe milestones of school functioning have been specified and investigated. Тhere have been researched the priority directions the school agents' scientific surveies. On the basis of analysis of historiography problem and involvement of wide sources of archive files, and the school's scientific heritage, it's history's been reconstructed and the contribution of the school to the development of historical science has been disclosed.
