Svechkina A. Forming and development of Ukraine financial market in the system of the macroeconomic stabilizing

The object of thesis is a process of forming development of Ukrainian financial market. A purpose of work is development of scientifical and methodical approaches and practical recommendations of Ukrainian financial market forming and development, which is based on the principles of improving the components of mechanism of bringing financial resources in. Research methods are a dialectical method, approach of the systems, historical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, method of comparative analysis, econometrical methods. The scientific novelty of thesis consists in a ground and development scientifical and methodical approach of Ukrainian financial market forming and development by the improvement of improving the components of mechanism of bringing financial resources in, which will be instrumental in stabilizing the economy of the state. Аt first the scientifically grounded method of determination of degree of co-integration of financial markets of different countries is developed, which is based on the econometric analysis of indexes of financial markets, grounded introduction of the rating system of estimation of corporate management level and degree of informative openness of the Ukrainian issuers at state level. Improved essence of concept "Financial market", under which it is suggested to understand system education essence of which is a redistribution of money accumulations between creditors and borrowers, existent models of adjusting of financial market by including of additional factors, structure of organs of government control of financial sector of Ukraine by increasing centralization of administrative functions, components of mechanism of bringing financial resources in by going of companies into a world fund market and placing of shares among investors. Got subsequent development structure of financial market of Ukraine by the account factors which influence on his functioning, method of forming of the stages of world financial market development by including of additional specific lines, factors and instruments.
