Essay

The object is hypereutectoid graphitized steels; the aim is working out of a thermostable graphitized steel composition, which surpasses in main operational properties high - strength cast iron and known graphitized steels. Methods are mechanical and metallographic tests, recording of temperature fields, calculation of temperature stresses and indices of thermostability; the novelty - it was established, that thermal stresses on the working surface of ingots exceed the yield point and material of ingots works in conditions of low-cyclic fatique; results - the graphitized steels of grades 130CДTЛ and 130СНМЛ were worked out; using field are machine building and metallurgical plants.
