Attention on the necessity of the use of new approaches in planning on enterprises in the conditions of development of market relations is accented in thesis. Conceptual bases of the flexible planning and recommendation in relation to his practical application on the domestic machinebuilding enterprises, which allow to take into account the high dynamics of market processes, are developed. Offered methodical approach of adjustment of the planned indexes, which enables operatively to react on the changes of external and internal environment and count new possibilities of the market state of affairs by the instruments of the flexible planning.
