Sobko A. Confiscation in criminal legislation of Ukraine

The thesis focuses on theoretical and practical complex of questions linked with formation, regulation and realization of supplementary punishment property's confiscation. It was investigated the genesis of criminal - lawful sanction as property's confiscation; international experience of its existence forns; considered social and normative sources of its formation; worked up the conseption and indications of this punishment; proved the necessity of textual changes of the Ukraine an Criminal code article # 59 "Confiscation of property"; defined the specific and practice of its appointment and execution. It was formulated a number of propositions for perfection of Criminal legislation currently inforce.
