Khokhlova I. Termination of the right to use the mineral resources in Ukraine

The dissertation is the first scientific study of the legal problems concerning the termination of the right to use the mineral resources, which was carried out subject to the up-to-date development of the relations as to the mineral resources usage and protection. In the dissertation they defined the main features of the termination of the right to use the mineral resources, made the classification of the types and grounds for the termination of the right to use the mineral resources, and studied their content. The author introduced the new justified and suitable for practical application legal notions: "termination of the right to use the mineral resources", "suspension of the right to use the mineral resources", "limitation of the right to use the mineral resources".The author in his dissertation justified and formulated the propositions concerning the improvement of the legislation about the mineral resources in the part of the provision with the legal mechanism to fulfill the termination of the right to use the mineral resources, defined the priority directions of its further development.
