Essay

The thesis contains the proof of Markov-Boyanov hypothesis for second derivative for all polynomials form the set of the algebraic polynomials of degree not higher then n, whose first derivative has all its zeros on [-1,1], with the excaption of at most one. It has been compared the valurs of integral functional depending on the Chebyshev polynomials with different degrees abd on the Zolotarev polynomial and Chebyshev one of arbitrary degree n.
