Pavlenchyk A. Formation and functioning of the market of agricultural commodities.

Object of research: is a process of formation and functioning of agricultural products market. The purpose of research: is grounding of the directions of improvement of agricultural products market formation and functioning and development of practical recommendations complex as to their effective application. Methods: scientific abstraction, monographic, system analysis and synthesis, correlative and regressive, statistic and economic, economic and mathematic, sociological, balance, graphic etc. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis is formed by fundamentals of economic theory and systematic and dialectic approach as to study of economic processes and phenomena that deal with formation and functioning of agricultural products market, scientific works, legal and normative acts of Ukraine concerning formation and functioning of agricultural products market. Practical importance of the received results is in the fact that their use favors effective formation and functioning of agricultural products market. Scientific novelty: for the first time graphical functional model of agricultural products market is made, taking into account its dynamic changes and processes increasing competition between producers of the same goods at production stage; organizing, economic and methodological fundamentals of functioning of state structure i.e. Agency of regulation of agricultural products market, providing balanced supply at regional and national levels as a result of interventional actions are grounded; methodological approaches as to grounding a choice of intermediate structures by producers at agricultural products market are improved; organization levers regulating movement of agricultural products by means of state interventional actions to provide regulation of supply and equal prices on certain kinds of products at regional and national markets are described; further development of scientific approaches as to elimination of disproportion appearing in the volume of consumptionof main food products per capita is achieved; fundamentals of harmonization of relationships between subjects at agricultural production market under conditions of undetermined behavior of producers in their new made communities are groun. Level of introduction: results of the research are accepted for the introduction at Main department of agro industrial development of Lviv regional state administration, office of agriculture and environment of Main department of statistics in Lviv region, Zhovkva district state administrations of Lviv region, farm “Klen” in Zhovkva district of Lviv region and educational process at Lviv National Agrarian University. Effectiveness: results of the research provide effective formation and functioning of agricultural products market, its stabilization by means of state regulation of balanced supply at regional and national markets. Sphere, field of usage: main department of agro industrial development of regional and district state administrations, agricultural enterprises aswell as educational process of agrarian educational establishment.
