Proshak H. Human capital under forming condition of national economy of Ukraine.

The main point, basic components and functions of human capital have been elucidated in the presented dissertation. Investment as the main instrument of human capital formation has been analyzed. The notion "human capital of innovative type" and its impact on the economic growth have been explained. The influence of transformational processes on the quality and quantity of domestic human capital and the efficiency of its application in national economy has been studied. The institutional base of development of human capital has been analyzed and the ways of improvement of its function in Ukraine have been offered. Foreign experience on accumulation of human capital has been studied and the basic directions of state incentives for the development of human capital have been offered.
