Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of conditions of template synthesis of ordered mesoporous silicas with spherical morphology of particles, determination of structure-directing role of polyionene in template synthesis of mesoporous silicas. Techniques of synthesis of ordered mesoporous silicas inside pores of inorganic matrices are also proposed. The abilities of control of geometrical parameters of structure and particle morphology depending on pH media and molar ratio have been studied. Ordered mesoporous silicas of MCM-41 type with high specific surface area, uniform pores structure and spherical granulation of particles with size of 0.5 ?m were synthesized in alcohol-ammonia media. Ordered silicas with spherical morphology of uniform particles of 10 ?m size were synthesized in acidic media. Structure-directing role of polyionene of 1,4-MePh type in template synthesis of mesoporous silicas was investigated. Silicas with extremely high specific surface area and bimodal pore distribution were synthesized with use of polyionene as structure-directing agent. Possibility of carrying out of template synthesis of mesoporous silicas inside nanoreactors based on large pores of silica gel has been demonstrated.
