The dissertation is dedicated to the research of legal nature, indications and legal definitions of ecological safety at planning and building of cities in Ukraine and providing of the ecological safety at planning and building of cities in Ukraine. The presence of complex institute of ecological safety law is grounded in the work. On the basis of researching the application practice of the ecological and town-planning legislation developed the organizational principles of the legal mechanism of providing the ecological safety at planning and building of Ukrainian cities and the features of application of the legal responsibility are determined in town-planning activity.
