Shevtsova U. Legal regulation of land mortgage relationships in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of genesis, modern condition and problems of legal regulation of land mortgage relationships. In this work the concept, distinctive features, the legal nature, principles and kinds of the land mortgage are clued; the concept, structure, distinctive features and the legal nature of land mortgage legal relationships are investigated; historical research of legal regulation in the sphere of the land mortgage is carried out; the modern condition of legal provision of land mortgage legal relationships is determined; the characteristic of land mortgage legal relationships as legal phenomenon is provided and features of its elements are opened; peculiars of accrual, change and the termination of land mortgage legal relationships are revealed. The thesis substantiates scientific conclusions and formulates offers to improve the legislation regulating land mortgage relationships.
