Object-120 patients. Using polymerase chain reaction it had been revealed that in 60% acid-depending diseases were caused by toxic type of H.pylori. The distribution of pathogenic markers depends on the clinical form of acid-depending disease and toxic type was most frequently revealed in duodenal ulcer.Treatment of acid-depending diseases needs to take the toxicity of H.pylori into account.
