The dissertation is devoted to the research of structure functional condition of bone tissue in children ill with bronchial asthma,as well as to the working out of correction methods of its disturbance with the aim of effectiveness increase of rehabilitation phase. During the experiment the influence of bronchial asthma on bone tissues has been studied, which has been accompanied by the disturbances of growth, differentiation and bone structure. The disturbances of structure functional condition of bone tissue have diagnosed in children with bronchial asthma at different age. Its clinical evidences havereduction of density, flexibility and elasticity of bone tissue as a result of hormonal disorder of mineral homeostasis, markers of osteogenesis, which are more evident in boys with bronchial asthma of 2 and 3 degree with the long history of disease, long period of taking of inhalation glucocorticoids, with the presence of connective tissue nonspecific dysplasia, bone fractures in anamnesis, with slowphysical development.It has been detected that the combined medication – calcemin, osteobios and the complex of sanatory treatment – positively affects the condition of bone tissue, of calcium-phophoric homeostasis in children with bronchial asthma.
