Processes of ensuring the effective long-term enterprise-oligopolist functioning. The scientific grounds of theoretical, methodical questions and applied methods for forming and execution of the oligopoly market companies' strategic behavior. The general scientific and special methods: historical and logic, observation, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, formalization, modeling and forecasting has been applied for the system decision of problem tasks of the chosen direction of research. Basic approaches to the construction of conception of the strategic behavior of an enterprise have been formed. Methodical recommendations on the choice of optimum model of strategic behavior of an enterprise-oligopolist and its adaptation to the company needs with the use of tool of theory of dynamic systems and theory of games have been developed.
