Bandurina O. Account of the dynamic influencing of forming machines at the reconstruction of bases and foundations

An object is the grounds and foundations of the forming machines which are under act of the dynamic loading; purpose is improvement of method of calculation of sinking of grounds and foundations of the forming machines from influencing of the dynamic loadings taking into account the damages of foundations, properties of soil, that arose up in the process of their exploitation, physical-mechanical descriptions laying layers and research their of amplitudes of vibrations; methods are measurings of parameters of vibrations, geodesic supervisions, analytical methods, of the finite elements method (FEM); results is improvement of method of calculation of amplitudes of vibrations and sinking of grounds and foundations of the forming machines due to the account of cracks and defects; novelty - the changes are set in the tensely-deformed state of the system "foundation of the forming machine - basis" as a result of action of the dynamic loading; improved method of calculation of the general sinking of grounds and foundations of the forming machines taking into account cracks and damages, physical-mechanical descriptions of soil of bearing layer and also laying layers due to the use of FEM, nonlinear model of foundation, comparison of the measured values of amplitudes of vibrations and sinking of grounds and foundations of the forming machines is first conducted with those, that certain by a calculation with the use of numeral method and on building norms taking into account cracks, dynamic influence of work of machines and their grounds is certain on framework of building taking into account the damages in the process of exploitation; degree of introduction - the results of researches are inculcated on the House-building combine, Poltava, car-building factory, Dniprodzerginsk, Ingulecky mining, Krivoy Rog, factory "Keraminum", Kiev.
