Morgun N. Resistance increase of hard tissues of permanent teeth with flourosis in children of 6-7 years old.

Thesis is devoted to effectiveness studying of suggested curative-preventive complex of measures for treatment, prophylaxis and prevention of permanent teeth fluorosis progressing during first years after their eruption. Clinical, bio-chemical, biophysical and immunological investigations in children living in regions with various contents of fluorine in drinking water have been carried out. It was determined that teeth fluorosis course is on the background of condition aggravation of enamel structural and functional acid-stability, as well as mineralized properties of oral fluid, conditions of enamel mineralization, oral cavity hygiene, parodontium tissues condition, decrease of pulp functional activity to the action of acid irritant as well as biochemical and immunological indices violations of oral fluid. The effectiveness of suggested curative-preventive complex of measures containing preparation "Osteovit" and toothpaste "New Pearl Calcium" in the regions with increased fluorine level in drinkingwater has been proved.
